Before you approach our staffs, do check if these FAQs can answer your questions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY TO ARRIVE AT MY PLACE? 

We adhere to our delivery guidelines and will deliver within the stated time. However, in unforeseen circumstances such as delay due to importing of stocks or bad weather, which may cause delays in the delivery process.  

WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT FOR WALK-IN CUSTOMERS? 

Currently, we accept only Cash, Paylah, Paynow for walk-in customers. Our credit card system has not been established yet. 

I DO NOT SEE THE PRODUCT OF MY INTEREST. ARE THERE ANY OTHER PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?

Yes! This online site only displays a section of our products. You may email our sales department or give us a call at 62923302 or 62923009. 

BULK ORDER

Likewise for bulk order, you can drop us an email or call us at 62923302 or 62923009. We will provide our best price in consideration to your order quantity.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

All items can only be returned/refunded within 7 days from date of purchase in its original packaging. However, do note that special cut sized items, customized products, precision tools and measuring equipment are non-returnable. We do not accept return of purchase due to Change Of Mind after delivery.

PARTNERSHIP 

If you are a company who will be getting our products or hardware supply routinely, you can proceed to our store to discuss more details with the sales team.

GENERAL


 

  • You will received an email / message / call from us to acknowledge your enquiries or order. 

  • Our stock availability is subject to prior sales, or while stock last.

SELF COLLECTION


 

  • Your order is encouraged to do self collection to waive off delivery charge.

  • Our warehouse operates on Monday - Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm and on Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm. 

  • No collection during Sunday and PH.

DELIVERY CHARGE


 

  • Delivery Charge are calculated and quoted based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in your order. 

  • Mode of Payment for delivery will be advised with your purchase.

  • This delivery charges will be the final price mutually agreed by both customer and us.

DELIVERY TERMS & LEAD TIME

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 02-03 working days after receipt of your payment.

  • Our delivery schedule will be Monday - Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm and on Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm. 

  • No delivery during Sunday and PH.

DOORSTEP DELIVERY

  • Kindly take note as we are using open type lorry for delivery, therefore, we are not able to provide doorstep delivery service. 

  • If you require us to deliver to your HDB/Condominium, we will need your assistance to receive your items at void deck/lobby. Our driver will call you before delivering the items. 

CANCELLATION

  • If you change your mind before your order is confirmed, we are able to accept cancellation before the order has been dispatched. 

  • If an order has already been dispatched, delivery charge will be imposed for any cancellation.
